The Oppenheimer Memorial Trust (OMT) awards scholarships for postgraduate study at Masters, Doctoral and Postdoctoral level, as well as sabbatical research grants for full time Academics employed at South African Higher Education Institutions. The annual Harry Oppenheimer Fellowship Award serves to reward excellence and exceptional scholarship in all its forms and which carries a monetary value of R2 million.
